Product offering and conclusion of contract

All product information in our catalogues or on our website is non-binding. The offer to enter into a purchase contract is made by the customer.

 

After placing an online order, the customer receives an automated email at the address provided confirming that we have received the order (order confirmation). This confirmation only informs the customer that the order has been received.

A contract is validly concluded only when we declare acceptance. We do so by issuing an invoice to the customer, confirming by email that the goods are leaving our warehouse (dispatch confirmation) or, at the latest, delivering the goods.

The contract covers only the items expressly listed in our invoice or dispatch confirmation. These documents also conclusively define the scope of our obligations.

Item availability

We make every effort to inform you openly, honestly and promptly of any delivery delays or failures.

No claims for compensation may be made for delayed or impossible deliveries. Schwarz - Handwerk may withdraw from the purchase contract at any time without giving reasons.

Delivery

Schwarz - Handwerk delivers ordered items by post directly to your home, provided your address in Switzerland or Liechtenstein is served by the postal service.

If logistical reasons require delivery in several consignments, shipping costs will be charged only once.

 

Payment methods

We offer the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards

• Apple Pay

• Instant bank transfer (Klarna)

• Google Pay

 

Refunds

Credit balances are refunded using the original payment method wherever possible. Please let us know if you would like a refund. Refunds are not issued automatically.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. Schwarz - Handwerk offers a 14-day right of return for unused goods. Return anything you do not like within 14 days at your own expense.

All items delivered by Swiss Post may be returned within 14 days in their original packaging, provided they have not been used. Items ordered or made to a customer’s specific requirements are excluded from the right of return. Items no longer in perfect, as-new condition are treated as purchased and payable and will be sent back to the customer.

 

Retention of title

The goods remain the property of Schwarz - Handwerk until paid for in full.

Printing and data errors

We accept no liability for printing errors in our advertising materials or data errors in our online shop resulting from slight negligence. We are not liable for accidentally incorrect price labels or product descriptions.
